Terms of Sale

    Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms cover equipment supplied by InfraSol Energy Intelligence in Nigeria. Designed and installed systems are governed by your individual quotation and contract, which take precedence over this page wherever they differ.

    Prices and quotations

    • All prices are in Nigerian naira.
    • Equipment prices shown on this website are for the item alone. They do not include installation, mounting structure, cabling, or any other balance-of-system component.
    • Published prices reflect the cost of imported goods and move with exchange rates and shipping costs. A price is confirmed when we issue your quotation, and holds for the period stated on it.
    • Quantities are subject to stock. Where an item is unavailable we will say so rather than substitute something else without asking you.

    Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it and payment terms are met. Payment terms, any deposit, and the schedule for larger orders are set out on your quotation. We will never ask you to send payment details through this website or over WhatsApp, and we will not ask you to pay into an account in a name other than the business named on your invoice. If you receive such a request, it is not from us. Contact us before paying anything.

    Delivery, title and risk

Delivery terms are set out on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment has been received in full.

    Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. The Jinko Solar modules we supply carry a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty, claimable against the module’s serial number. We supply only modules with verifiable serial numbers, and we will help you raise and evidence a claim.

A warranty covers a product failing in normal use. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, physical impact, water ingress caused by third-party work, electrical faults elsewhere in a system, or modules operated outside the manufacturer’s stated limits.

    Performance figures

Yield, savings and payback figures published on this site and in our quotations are estimates derived from a stated methodology, using Lagos irradiance data and current fuel and tariff prices. They are honest working estimates, not guarantees: actual results depend on your loads, your consumption pattern, shading, maintenance, and future fuel and tariff prices, none of which we control. Where we publish a figure we publish the assumptions behind it so you can check our working.

    Returns

See our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
