What is your return policy?

Panels can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition, with return transport covered by the buyer. Anything that arrives damaged or fails on arrival is replaced by us at no cost, and manufacturing defects after that are covered by the 12-year Jinko product warranty.
